Best Practice to handle Grants with Sub-grants
I was hoping to get everyone's thoughts on the best way to configure Grants with Sub Grants for the Public Sector. The use case I have in mind is the following:
- A state or local public sector organization applies for and receives an award from the Federal Government. The purpose of this award is to re-distribute the funds to other affiliated agencies as sub-recipients
- The organization makes the sub-recipients apply for the grant
- The organizations awards those sub-recipients funds based upon the application and their qualifications.
- The organization has a need to track the spend of each sub grant awarded.
