When setting up Communities outside a login, does it generate a separate url for outside login view?

For KB Articles, we have an outside login url and an inside login url.

For Communities in B2C Service Cloud, if you make communities available outside a login

does the discussion have a separate url when logged out that changes once the user logs in?
