Get conditionalchatlink widget to honor labels

Conditionalchatlink widget is not honoring the labels and toggles added to the widget call.

Hello, I am trying to get the conditionalchatlink widget to use different labels and toggles than the defaults. I've put this into the CP page, but the default labels and toggles are still being used. How do I get the widget to honor my overrides?
