Hi Everyone,

We have received a requirement to fetch the complete knowledge articles being used in an interface in XML format for the purpose of migration. We tried to perform it through reporting and it was unsuccessful as it was able to provide us limited overview data of each article that is Article ID, Summary, Version, Category ID, etc. But the major component of knowledge articles that is Issue Description, Resolution State, Attachments and other important content related fields were not retrieved. So could you all recommend the best possible way of data extraction ?
