ARIBA to Oracle Payables integration

We are integrating ARIBA with Oracle and would like to hear your inputs/suggestions

Content (required):

Currently client is using ARIBA for creating requisition, PO and Invoices which is interfaced to their SAP ECC system.

In future SAP ECC is going to be replaced by Oracle Financials.

Instead of getting the PO, Receipt and then matching to the Invoice. Can we get only the invoice and perform the payment.

For accounting can we get the accrual accounting from ARIBA and pass it on to GL. In this way we can reduce the integration for PO and GRN. Is this feasible
