Summary: After we refresh our lower environments we have connectivity issues with the 3rd party tax vendor OneSource. The user will get a popup that the connection to the 3rd party tax engine has failed.

Content (required): The password must be updated after the refresh, but even when that is done, we still experience issues with the connectivity from Oracle to the 3rd party tax engine and it creates a delay in our testing when we get the tax error. Does anyone else have this issue?
