Allocations using a Journal ID/Journal Name

In PeopleSoft, while setting up allocations, Journal ID can be selected in Pool and Basis.

The same thing cannot be selected in Oracle Cloud while setting it up as there is no parameter for the same. Do we have any alternatives or will the journal id be available in any of the future releases?
