Archive and Purge Journeys - Auditing and Compliance Considerations
Summary:
With the 22A feature to archive and purge assigned checklists and Journeys, the purge feature will "Delete all that data from checklist archive tables, just retaining a single allocated checklist and assigned journey entry, marked with the purged date."
Since there will be no record of when a previous task was completed or by who, as there will just be one general checklist/journey with a purge date, how is everyone dealing with record keeping?
If we require certain tasks to have a record kept for longer than the 60 month maximum the archive/purge allows (not common, but may happen), what are our options for being compliant?
