Market segment2

- Project Organization'#2A

- Project Organization'#2B

- Project Organization'#2C

we need to give data access to PA1 based on Market segment1. The PA1 should able to access all the project under Market segment1

PA2 based on Market segment2. The PA2 should able to access all the project under Market segment2
