We have a custom search for our models and are putting the model ID in the URL when creating an incident. The SmartAssistant should be displaying knowledge answers that are tagged to the selected model ID.

We have a custom search for our models on our AAQ pages and are putting the model ID in the URL when creating an incident. The SmartAssistant should be displaying knowledge answers that are tagged to the selected model ID but are currently showing mostly unlreated answers.
