Send Incident custom field in Chat_launch

Summary:

We are passing First Name ,Last Name and email address to chat_launch and working fine. but when we include custom incident field its not working

"https://XXXX-chat--tst1.custhelp.com/app/chat/chat_launch/Contact.Name.First/suresh/Contact.Name.Last/Kumar/Contact.Emails.PRIMARY.Address/[email protected]/incident.member_number/1234"

Please let me know if syntax to call custom field correct
