Unable to log into ci/admin pages for portal

In Edge and Chrome, I can't log in to the https://****.custhelp.com/ci/admin page for any of my sites.

I can log in to the admin site on a computer other than my work computer and I can do it in Internet explorer which is about to be deleted from my work computer this week. It seems that the login pop-up just never gets presented so I get a 404 unauthorized error. I tried to update my chrome and edge settings to allow pop-ups from *custhelp.com but that did not help. I opened a ticket with support but was unsuccessful. Has anyone ever had this issue before - I'm sure it's a browser setting. I
