User does not have sufficient access to view Document

We are trying to access the answer content by its ID through REST API call by following the process mentioned in the document REST API for Knowledge Advanced in B2C Service (

Steps followed:

1) We have created the API role and the API user. Here we have provided access to all the REST API roles.

2) Authenticated and authorized the API user to obtain the interaction id.

3) Accessing the REST API call https://<sitename><answer_id>

But we are getting the error 'User does not have sufficient access to view Document'. But all the REST API roles are selected.
