Action Required: Before 22C Upgrade

Update:

If the steps below have not been performed 2 weeks prior to your scheduled 22C upgrade, we will run a script to update the duplicate Trading Partner Items as mentioned in the third post on this thread. For customers scheduled to be updated to 22C in August, this will happen next week.

Summary:

As mentioned in the Whats New 22B: Ensure Uniqueness in Trading Partner Item Numbers, you must run the following scheduled Job. This will help in identifying any duplicate Trading Partner Items (Supplier Item, Customer Item, Competitor Item or Manufacturer Part Number) created intentionally or unintentionally and take necessary action discussed below. This applies to Manufacturer Part Numbers (MPNs) which were created either through Product Development or Product Information Management work area. If you fail to do the same and if there are any duplicate trading partner items/Manufacturer Part Numbers in your POD, the upgrade might fail.
