Endorsing Trading partner not received invitation email

Issue with Inviting Endorsing Trading Partner

We are configuring OITT. We added a Endorsing TP and no email is received by the primary user to activate or join the network. It worked for Participating TP few minutes ago. Is there a way to resend the email to onboard the user?
