Pop up message for missed attachment in outbound emails

Hi All,

We have a requirement to display pop up alert in the messages tab.

When the user sends an outbound email and mentions about an attachment in the body of the mail but forgets to add the attachment while sending the mail in real.

At this time, on click of send button, we would like to have a popup saying that the attachment is missing. (as in outlook)

Is there any possibility to achieve this functionality in OSC.
