Data Maps - Pushing Data from Workforce to Financials is not working

Summary:

The application has 4 Chart of Account dimensions, namely: Entity, Location, Department, and Product. We bring in the employee salaries at "No Product", perform workforce planning cycle. Before pushing the data to financials, we perform product allocations to allocated "OWP_Workforce Expenses" lvl0 members to respective products. We run "OWP_Synchronize Mappings for Financial Accounts" rule, to map "Components" to GL accounts (these are created in Cross Module integration member within Account dimension for WFP) in Financials. The only should be generated for all products but the mapping is generated only for "No Product". I tried to run the rule for "Total
