Hello all,

I have some Exciting news to share with the Community! We are getting starting a new community program called "Tip Tuesday."

What is Tip Tuesday?

Every Tuesday our product experts at Oracle will provide you with a new tip for B2C Service. The tips may include insights on reporting, navigation, customizations, configuration, and more. "Let us know in the comments what features or functionality you would like for our product experts to discuss on an upcoming Tip Tuesday."

To follow Tip Tuesday and other exciting announcements in the B2C Service Agent Desktop forum please turn on the notifications for this forum. You can do this by clicking on the righthand side of your browser window as shown in the screen shot below. Click “Notification Preferences” and select “Discussions and Comments”. This option will allow you to follow the category and receive notifications when new posts are added.
