We are working with a professional services client looking to manage NICRA (Negotiated Indirect Cost Rate Agreement) requirements within Oracle ERP Cloud. They do projects for many governments including the US Federal Government. When they do a US project they are entitled to claim indirect costs as well as the direct project costs. Indirect costs are claimed at pre-agreed rates based on the submission and approval of the NICRA agreement.

  • The Indirect Cost Rate Proposal is used as a basis for negotiating indirect cost (overhead rates) with the US Government. 
  • Organisations that do business with the US Federal government are eligible to be reimbursed for indirect costs in support of federal contracts and grants.
