Extracting Consolidation Journals with attachments

Summary:

Looking for a way for a client to extract/export Consolidation Journals with any attachments they may have. The client wants this to provide to their auditors as a package of journals and associated backup.

Content (required):

The attachments can be viewed on FCCS under History in Manage Journals, but they do not export. One source I read said Migration would export Journals and their attachments, but that wasn't successful.
