Agents can configure their Personal Settings to have Oracle Service Cloud send email notifications when incidents are assigned to them. The settings for this functionality are only available in the .NET console for the agents to configure however the functionality will apply to both .NET and Browser UI users. Agents should follow these steps to configure their own Personal Settings:

  1. Log into the .NET console of Oracle Service Cloud
  2. In the upper left corner of the screen select the File menu / Options / Personal Settings (see Image 1)
