How to attach a System Report (Approval) in a navigation Flow?

Hi

We need to add a "System Report for Approvals" to navigation flow but we are not able to find a way to do it. The client does not want to navigate to system report, provide parameters and export Approval Status report. They just need a report on Home screen with default parameters already selected so whenever they want to see the status of approval they click on the report and should be able to see the status of approval.

Please let me know if anyone has any solution to it.
