Summary:

Hi Everyone, I am trying to pull a report through Oracles rest api, When I enter the date 7/27/2022 it is giving me the chats from 7/26 and 7/27. It is also duplicating all the chat conversations. I am on est and I am trying to pull the report for 7/27/2022 7am est to 7am 7/28/2022. Any idea of what I am doing wrong?
