i have some questions related to ProductCategoryInput widget.

  • i add <rn:widget path="input/ProductCategoryInput" name="Incident.Product"/> <rn:widget path="input/ProductCategoryInput" name="Incident.Category"/> to my code, but when widget runs on customer portal, dropdown menu does not work.
  • if i have category (X) and it contains products (Y,Z), i want to know how can i show only this products when choose there category?
