ODA- B2C Rightnow Service Unified Dashboard
Problem Statement:
Many B2C Service customers use Oracle Digital Assistance (ODA) to enhance B2C Service Chat. One of the major requirement from the B2C Rightnow Service customers is to have unified dashboard, where they can view the data from ODA chat and Rightnow Service chats. Exporting , scheduling delivery of report data.
The B2C Service COE Team developed a Node JS based application which pulls the ODA chat analytics and imports that data into B2C Service using APIs. Apart from the node js app, solution also provide access to value added reports with ODA data in B2C Service.
