Lease Ending with a balance in Open Liability

Summary:

I am experiencing an issue with leases ending with a Open liability balance in one enviro vs another. I have verified that both leases are setup the exact same and that the BU settings are the same. Verified Payment info match exactly as well as Asset info.

I am fairly confident that the system is calculating interest incorrectly for the 360 setup.

Has anyone see this issue or found a fix for it?
