How do I display Products and Category on the Chat Launch Page?

Summary:

I have enabled FLD_PRODUCT_ENABLED and FLD_CATEGORY_ENABLED

I have updated the chat_launch.php file to include

<rn:widget path="input/ProductCategoryInput" />

<rn:widget path="input/ProductCategoryInput" name="Incident.Product" required_lvl="1"/>

<rn:widget path="input/ProductCategoryInput" name="Incident.Category" required_lvl="1"/>

But the fields still do not display on the chat form.
