Hi everyone,


My business needs data from the survey to be placed in a new incident that survey has created.

I have an advanced mode Website link survey. It consists of a few Form Fields and some Survey Questions. Each survey creates a new incident assigned to a specific Queue, just like the screenshot below.

is there a way to automatically add survey results to the incident thread?

if yes, then is it possible to update Custom Fields of the incident depending on the result of a Survey? (e.g. Leave Start Date will automatically update the same Custom Field of the new incident this survey has created?)
