Hi,

Is it possible to trigger the Website link type of Chat Survey from an external chat bot to get the feedback from the customer on the termination of chat conversation. Currently, we have the implementation in place for a pop up survey to trigger whenever an OSC Chat gets ended, but we want the same functionality to be available for an external site as well.

It would be great if we can have a way to achieve this.
