Summary: Expanding our field limit for chats.


Content (required):

We can make custom objects and relate them to incidents but we can't relate it to a chat workspace. We are experimenting with custom objects as our database is becoming too lard to just fit on one object. Any advice on how to break apart all our fields so we can use them with a chat workspace.
