Hi Guys,

Iam trying to create an application feature under the contact. When my agent clicks the button in contact, it will bring the contact information into an incident workspace. In the BUI version, it kind of works as expected. I can see the contact I want the incident to carry. But it doesn't seem to work for the .net Version. The new incident(in . Net) I create, has all the information from the contact but not on that Contact field. is there anything I set wrong or it will be a service ticket for the Oracle service cloud?
