Ability to change the Color of a field based on the Sysdate

Summary:

I am looking at a possibility if we can change the Color of the IB --> Asset summary --> Customer Asset End Date field based on the System Date. I mean, we want to show this field as a different color if the Customer Asset End date is past the system date. I am able to change color using Page Composer, but the validation part I will need help. Did anyone handle the same scenario ? I appreciate your help on that.
