ORACLE B2C SERVICE ZOOM INTEGRATION
Schedule and start Zoom meetings right from the Agent Browser UI, and associate the meetings with records.
Before you begin you must:
- Enable the Zoom integration. Contact your Oracle account manager.
- Have a Zoom account for your organization. Contact your organization's administrator
Approval from Zoom is needed for the integration.
You can search and schedule meetings with customer contacts, co-workers, or contacts from your personal Zoom directory. You can also associate meetings and recordings with records such as incidents and contacts.
