Summary:

Schedule and start Zoom meetings right from the Agent Browser UI, and associate the meetings with records.

Before you begin you must:

  • Enable the Zoom integration. Contact your Oracle account manager.
  • Have a Zoom account for your organization. Contact your organization's administrator

Approval from Zoom is needed for the integration.

  • Please reference the Zoom site here.
  • Oracle is on the Zoom Marketplace located here.



You can search and schedule meetings with customer contacts, co-workers, or contacts from your personal Zoom directory. You can also associate meetings and recordings with records such as incidents and contacts.
