Invoice approval for cost centre change

Summary:

Invoice approval for cost centre changes at the invoice distribution once the invoice is initiated for approval.

Content (required):

We will be enabling the "Allow adjustments to paid invoice" in this case user will be able to change the invoice distribution after the payment is done. In this case if the user changes the cost centre we need to have the approval triggered.
