What is the best way to handle a Service Credit?
In instances with some of our suppliers, we receive a service credit that is not specific to an engagement and can be utilized at our discretion.
For example, if we had a $100,000 service credit, we would like to draw down on it by attaching it 2, sometimes 3 different engagements and not specifically tie it to the next payment going out the door to the supplier. Understanding the best way to utilize this credit will greatly assist us in our negotiating of credits and how they are utilized.
