Content:

Most sites have many workspaces being used by various agents. Some sites also have very complex workflows with many paths pointing at different workspaces. Administrators who troubleshoot implementation issues and report issues to support may find they are regularly spending a lot of time walking through a review of the staff account and profile to identify the workspace/workflow being used. For those sites with workflows, they have extra steps of gathering additional information in order to step through the workflow paths and find the workspace having issues.
