No Contact rules(BUI) Triggering
Summary:
Hi,
I have a requirement where I will be updating a contact custom field with some value and then trigger business rule on that field(modified this edit) and then I want to terminate existing SLA's and apply new SLA .
But when I am importing data with Run Workflow Rules option checked , the field gets updated but no contact rule gets triggered at all . No contact rules in Initial and In Progress are being triggered.
The rule looks like below.
Note : Utility works fine as all other rules for other objects are being triggered.
Can anyone help.
