How can one setup subscribe to community board versus discussion?
Is it possible to set up the option for a user to subscribe to a Community board in B2C Service Cloud communities?
Currently, our implementation of communities in B2C Service Cloud is set up with subscribe to individual discussions. I found a report that reports on Community Product Subscriptions. Is there a way to set it up so the customer can subscribe to the entire produce board to get notified of any new discussions in the board?
