Writeback budget from EPM into Initial Budget even if the Control Budget Status is open in BCEA cube

Hi There

We have three different scenario dimensions on EPM side (i.e. Staging Budget, Adopted Budget and Funding Budget)

We have three different scenario on ERP Budgetary Control side (i.e. Staging Budget, Adopted Budget and Funding Budget)

Staging Budget writebacks to Staging Budget -> Sometime in April

Adopted Budget writebacks to Adopted Budget -> 1st Jul

Funding Budget writebacks to Funding Budget -> 1st Jul

The Academic and Financial Year Starts from 1st Jul to 30th Jun so they do start pre-ordering somewhere around April/May which means they start consuming budget even before the budget period starts. That is why the ERP department will not change the budget status from "Open" to "Allow for Budgeting" on Budgetary Control Side.
