In Chat REST API, Does it support more than just text interactions? (i.e. buttons, cards etc.)

For example, Oracle Digital Assistant can present these via the Chat inlays, but I'm not sure an external 3rd party app using the REST API can, it seems the documentation suggests it only supports text.
