Summary:

During API Creation - I am getting this error message on public IP Addresses. I have deleted one of the compute instance with public IP, but still getting this error message and unable to create API Gateway. Kindly suggest, how to check the inventory of all the public IP Addresses within the tenancy and where to check the limit.
