End dated Airfare policy works as if its active in system.
End dated policy works as if its active in system.
We have a requirement where AIRFARE is applicable only for executives and above. For rest of employees it is not applicable. To Achieve this we created one airfare policy and attached to Type.
While configuring the policy I have end dated All Others from Policy as shown in below. I expect with below configuration only roles assigned here should able to submit the expenses.
However employees who are not assigned with Executive roles are still able to submit the expenses.
Please advise how can this be restricted in such a manner that only defined roles can claim this expense, and rest of all should not be able to claim this type of expense.
