Should system stop same date perdiem expense to be claimed multiple time under different reports??

Summary:

System is allowing same date perdiem expense to be claimed multiple time under different reports

Content (required):

We are using perdiem expense types and set daily limit for meals as 5. system is allowing to claim 5 for same day multiple times.

eg :

Report 1: expense line for meals from date 9march to 13 march Submitted

Report 2: expense line for meals for date 9march - system is allowing is submit this expense again even though perdiem for meals for date 9march is already claimed under report1
