Content (required): On the questions pages for our customer support site (which we call manage cases) is there a way for us to update the filters on the page, or is there a standard widget for the filters to allow the user (customer) to select more than one Status at a time? [Example: a customer wants to search for both Updated and In Progress cases at same time.]
