Oracle Learning series: 6 - Re-assigning Learning
Introduction
When learning administrators assign courses or offerings, they can now decide the outcome for learners in the target audience having existing, un-expired, completions. Learners can be re-assigned, or exempted from the new assignment, and optionally that outcome can be determined by the date of their existing completion.
Lets look at below scenarios in detail:
- Assigning a course, or one of its offerings, when some people in the target audience have existing completions
- Assigning a specialization, when some people in the target audience have existing completions.
Current Behavior
When you assigned a course to someone who already completed it, the system would automatically set the new assignment to completed if the existing completion wasn’t already expired.
