User name not pulling through correctly from myservices to Planning environment

Summary: I changed a user's first name in myservices recently but then changed it back a few minutes later. However, the user's name hasn't changed back in the EPM environment landing page. I made this change a few weeks ago, is there a refresh process / step somewhere that isn't running? It's changed back for some environments but not others!
