Content (required): Is it possible to hide the end user visibility on sub products when customer is submitting incident on the customer portal?
I have the end user visibility unchecked on sub products in Products/Categories/Dispositions however in the portal when submitting an incident the sub product is showing & is required for the customer. Is it possible to remove sub product(s) being required & showing for only this one product in the customer portal when the customers are submitting an incident?
