Last week's post outlined the basics of the the assignment conflict rules allowing administrators to simply re-assign training to people who already have completions on the same item. This post will build upon that with another common scenario, where there is a need to now get people into a regular retraining cycle. In Oracle Learning this is achieved with assignment renewals where you can define a set of rules that determine when and how often learners will need to complete the same course over time. With this enhancement, the new renewal cycle can be applied to the existing completion, meaning the learner's last completion
