Summary:

Hello,

I have been trying to perform consolidation on a holding that owns three subsidiaries with the following structure

ABC (Holding)

-- ABC (Entity) 100% Holding

-- X (Entity) 20% Not Consolidated

-- XYZ (Entity) 80% Subsidiary

---- XYZ (Entity) 100% Holding

----X (Shared Entity) 65% Subsidiary

----Y (Entity) 85% Subsidiary

Content (required):

My Question is, i am trying to consolidate to ABC with X Effective Ownership being 72% ((80%*65%) + 20%) with MI being 28% at Subsidiary method but it is not working as expected.

It shows the correct Percentage & Method at Parent / Legal Entity View in Ownership Management but does it use those to calculate consolidation.

Keeping in mind that at XYZ Level it is consolidating correctly, and for Entity Y it is consolidating Correctly for ABC (Being 68% Ownership at Subsidiary Method)

Howdy, Stranger!
