Oracle Learning series: 9 - Reporting on progress, Observation Checklists, and related assignments

Introduction

To be able to report on data related to the new sequencing functionality, changes and additions have been made to the “Learning Records Real Time” OTBI Subject Area.

Changes and additions have been made in these areas:

• Learner progress
• Observation Checklist responses
• Related Assignments

Some of these changes and additions are described below together with use cases to illustrate how the new and changed Attributes can be used.

Learner progress

Functionality

The "Completion Information" folder (and its sub-folders) contain information on the completion status of learners.

This folder hierarchy contains information on Activities linked to the Learning Records and how learners have progressed against those Activities. For Activities that support attempts, learner's attempt information can also be reported on.
